Esta política explica qué datos personales trato, para qué y cuáles son tus derechos, según el Reglamento General de Protección de Datos (RGPD) y la Ley Orgánica 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

Qué datos trato
Esta web no tiene formularios ni registro. Solo trato tus datos si me escribes por correo, WhatsApp o LinkedIn: tu nombre, tu forma de contacto y lo que me cuentes en el mensaje.
Además, como cualquier web, el servidor guarda registros técnicos (dirección IP, navegador, fecha y página visitada) durante un tiempo limitado, solo por seguridad y para que la web funcione bien.
Para qué y con qué base legal
- Responder a tu mensaje y, si quieres, hablar de una colaboración o una oferta de trabajo. Base legal: tu consentimiento al escribirme y, en su caso, la aplicación de medidas precontractuales.
- Mantener la web segura. Base legal: interés legítimo.
Cuánto tiempo
Guardo los mensajes mientras dure la conversación o la colaboración y, después, el tiempo necesario por obligaciones legales. Los registros técnicos se borran periódicamente.
Con quién se comparten
No vendo ni cedo tus datos. La web está alojada en Amazon Web Services (AWS), que actúa como proveedor de alojamiento con las garantías del RGPD. Las fuentes tipográficas se sirven desde el propio servidor, sin conexiones a Google.
Tus derechos
Puedes pedir acceso, rectificación, supresión, oposición, limitación del tratamiento o portabilidad de tus datos escribiendo a [email protected]. Si crees que no se han respetado tus derechos, puedes reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).

What data I process
This site has no forms or sign-up. I only process your data if you write to me by email, WhatsApp or LinkedIn: your name, your contact details and whatever you tell me in the message.
Like any website, the server also keeps technical logs (IP address, browser, date and page visited) for a limited time, only for security and to keep the site working.
Purpose and legal basis
- To reply to your message and, if you want, talk about a collaboration or a job offer. Legal basis: your consent when you write to me and, where relevant, pre-contractual steps.
- To keep the site secure. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
How long
I keep messages for as long as the conversation or collaboration lasts and, afterwards, for as long as legally required. Technical logs are deleted regularly.
Who it is shared with
I do not sell or share your data. The site is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), acting as hosting provider under GDPR safeguards. Fonts are served from this server, with no connection to Google.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability of your data by writing to [email protected]. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
